Brand new classes are being added in all venues!! I am so thrilled to announce the addition of progressive ballet technique to the timetable. Progressive ballet technique (PBT) is an innovative and exciting programme of exercises specifically designed to safely strengthen various muscle groups most often used in ballet without any risk of injury. We are among one of the first schools in Ireland to offer this unique programme and I cannot recommend this programme highly enough as a valuable addition to regular classes. PBT training is suitable for those students aged 10 years plus who want to improve their technique and want to see real, definitive progress that they can further work on at home.
