New Classes

We are very pleased to announce two additional classes to the existing timetable; First up, a flexibility class taking place on Tuesdays 630-710 in the Shankill branch. Suitable for students aged 10 years and up, this class will provide a framework for front and box splits as well as back flexibility in a safe, supervised manner. Places limited so contact Catherine ASAP to book in. Secondly, considering the high demand for preschool places in Castleknock, a second mini-movers class has been added on Saturdays 1.15-2.00 pm starting on the 4th of March.
